KLAVA Back To Nature Race

Last weekend as usual we get up very early in the morning get ready for Mr. R running race. This time KLAVA Race actually KLAVA nie persatuan for veteran runners tapi dorang anjurkan competition nie terbuka pada semua. As usual jugak I have to korbankan my lovely sleep that weekend to support my Mr.R, ramai jugak yang take part dalam competition nie dan aku paling salute dengan para veteran nie ada yang dah 52 tahun, 55 tahun tapi masih fit dan boleh berlari tanpa henti. This time larian nie berpasangan mcm acara 4x4 masa kita kat sekolah dulu cuma bezanya setiap runner kena habiskan 3.9km then pass the baton to their partner. First person yang tiba cuma mengambil masa 12 minit jer, very impress.

My Mr R represent REDAH JE, his teamlaa tu him, his officemate and his officemate father, bapak kawan Mr R nie pun around 50's gak tapi masih sihat dan masih boleh beat the young runners ish ish kalau aku gamaknye tak sampai 1/2 km agaknya dah surrender, al maklum all the fats dlm badan nie dah manja betul since I tinggalkan aktiviti ke gym almost 2 years dah, bilala nak merajinkan diri nie. Every runner dapat medal kira berbaloi gak ler join taklaa balik tangan kosong jer. So that day aku jadi photographer tak bertauliah jap, adalaa beberapa gambo yang disnap nak tgk pegi kat sinila http://www.nonvespa.blogspot.com/.

So we had breakfast at Haslam's Restaurant after the race, actually brunch sbb dah pukul 11 at that time and lucky me I don't have to pening-pening kepala nak fikir what's for lunch last weekend cos 2 reason i. Dah had brunch ii.the nite before I already prepared the kuah laksa so after both of us sambung tido(letih woo orang tak berlari lagi letih dari orang yang berlari hehehe) we had laksa for lunch itu pun dah pukul 3 consider as makan petanglaa tu hahaha....

The next race would be this 18th Januari at Bukit Jalil so as loyal wife(hehehe bagi moral support sket kat Mr.R) I'll be there and have to korbankan my sleep weekend again huhuhuhu....so who interested to join or just to be penonton come and join me kat Bukit Jalil this weekend pastu bleh tgk AJL2009 plak ^_^.
